How to order
1. select product
click on a category of choice from the shop section. for a complete description and larger view of the image, click on your desired product.
2. add to shopping bag
select your size and quantity, then click add to bag. shortly you will be redirected to checkout page, and you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to order.
3. review your bag
click on the shopping bag icon on the right top of the website to review your items.
4. check out
if you decide to finalise your order, click proceed to order ‘product availability is not guaranteed before you check out’
5. sign in
you will be asked to provide a valid email address. if you are a registered shopper, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account.
for a first-time shopper, simply fill in your details to register.
6. review your order
review the list of items that you have selected to purchase and click “confirm” to complete the submit your order.
7. finished shopping
an on-screen receipt will be generated, together with the order id. you will need the order id to confirm payment.
make sure you write down your order id just in case you need to reference it later. in addition, a payment details will be sent to your email address.
Custom a Product
we do accept custom made product with some requirements applied. the minimum quantity will be depends one the product type, and it will effect the prices and production time as well. if you want to make a custom made product, please leave your message on shop > custom section.
My Order ID
order id is a random reference number you received after making an order.
be sure to write down this numbers as you need them for payment confirmation and order tracking.
do i need to set up an account to shop with you?
yes, you have to make an account
setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, special discount and membership program.

successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. if you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

if you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. we will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped.
Modify and Cancel Order
due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.
